Phase three of the Fortified City Development Process is designed to fulfill the Great Commission to Baptize. Baptism focuses on fellowship and community transformation. Once members are strenghthened, they have the responsibility to strenghten others. This is primarily accomplished through our Community Resouce Center. This center is the central focus of the Fortified City Community Development Corporation (CDC). The church must focus on the whole community. Fortifird City will improve communities by positively affecting the felt needs of the communities it serves.
